At a public sitting of the Court to be held at Cercle Cité Luxembourg at 5 p.m. on 9 April 2018, Senior Judge, and former President, Carl Baudenbacher will step down from the EFTA Court bench. Dr Bernd Hammermann, who has been nominated by the Principality of Liechtenstein and who has been appointed by common accord of the EFTA governments, will take the oath as a Judge of the EFTA Court on that occasion.
